New Russian recruits no longer receiving training before becoming wormfood

Earlier in war, before the world had grown accustomed to the barbarity of russian culture, to it’s innate savagery and 9th century ways, westerners were aghast at stories of russians only receiving an average of 3 weeks training before being sent to commit atrocities upon the good people of Ukraine.

But it seems things have gotten even worse for the unfortunate barbaric russian savages that take cash to kill in Ukraine, with training time for those unlucky contract soldiers of the russian army now reduced to ZERO, yes, do not pass GO, directly to the front.

From Russian social media today, a young Russian barbarian, baby faced Yegor Lipin, from Omsk, signing his contract on November 13th was already not only IN Ukraine by November 18th, but DEAD on the November 18th, likely on his first meat-assault. His funeral was 2 days ago.

Is there anything Russians wont allow their Czar to do to them?
