Putin’s crony Shocked that Uzbekistan Doesn’t Appease Ex-Masters

Russian Foreign Minister and war criminal Sergei Lavrov visited Samarkand in Uzbekistan where he was dumbfounded to find out that  an independent country doesn’t use Russian to appease its former masters.

Lavrov arrived in Samarkand for a two-day official visit. His agenda includes a meeting with the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as well as in-depth talks with Bakhtiyor Saidov.

The parties will discuss the development of bilateral relations, Eurasian integration, and joint preparations for the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in World War II that Russia almost fully monopolizes despite the Ukrainians and Belarusians taking the heaviest losses.

While visiting the “Grieving Mother” memorial, Lavrov pointed out that there was no Russian-language inscription available.

Instead, there are two  inscriptions — one in Uzbek, the other in English that reads: “You are always in our heart, my dear.”

“How did the English get here? I see an inscription in English, Lavrov asked a tour guide who explained that it’s a city of tourism that uses all languages.

Lavrov wasn’t satisfied with the answer and insisted that he doesn’t see Russian in Samarkand.

The conversation took place in the presence of Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov. They were both accompanied by members of the honor guard unit who are seen placing a basket of red roses at the monument.

Maria Zakharova, Russian Foreign Ministry spox, who is known for issuing statements from bad to outrageous and accusing borsht of Xenophobia, also participated in the event.
