Russians struck the city of Samar in Ukraine’s Dnipro region today, killing five people and injuring at least 23. The injured are being hospitalized, with 3 in serious condition and the remainder with moderate wounds. Emergency crews extinguished a fire at the strike site and continue rescue efforts. This attack follows a devastating June 24 barrage across the region, in which missiles struck the regional capital, Dnipro, and surrounding towns.
