The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has officially confirmed that it has not opened or registered any criminal proceedings against the Polish defense supplier PHU Lechmar, according to Polish outlet INNPoland.pl. The Bureau’s written response contradicts allegations made by Anti-Corruption Action Center co-founder Vitaliy Shabunin, who claimed on social media in June that the company was under investigation over suspected corruption linked to ammunition supplies for Ukraine.
